Building future leaders requires discipline and preparation. In a collaborative effort with Kodiklat TNI, our middle and high school students recently participated in a series of disciplinary exercises aimed at instilling essential values and skills that will empower them to lead with integrity and excellence.

From learning how to line up properly to managing their dormitories, every step in this journey is focused on nurturing their leadership potential. These exercises are designed to teach our students the importance of resilience, togetherness, and discipline – traits that are fundamental in their growth and development as leaders.

As part of the series of activities, thrilling games, and exciting outbound activities were organized for the ICM boarding program students. From tackling obstacle courses to conquering rope challenges, the students had a blast honing their skills and building lasting memories. These activities not only provided a fun and engaging way to learn but also fostered camaraderie and teamwork among the students.

These activities are part of the induction program organized by ICM to prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. By providing them with a strong foundation rooted in discipline, resilience, and togetherness, we are confident that they will emerge as confident and capable leaders who will positively impact their communities and beyond.
