The 14th Malaysia National Scout Jamboree and the 8th IUMS Peace Jamboree, held from December 21-29, 2024, brought together around 4,000 participants from various Asian countries. Among them was the Indonesian contingent, which proudly included 233 participants, with 16 representatives from Insan Cendekia Madani base. The event took place at Millennium Park, Kuala Kubu Bahru, Selangor, fostering a spirit of friendship and unity among scouts across the region.

Throughout the event, ICM students had the opportunity to engage with peers from other countries, building international friendships and capturing memorable moments together in their scout uniforms. They participated in a variety of activities, including attending performances, exploring cultural booths that showcased the unique characteristics of each Asian nation, also took part in collaborative activities, such as rafting, that emphasized teamwork and mutual cooperation.

On one of the days, ICM scout group embarked on an educational excursion to several historical monuments in Malaysia. Among the sites they visited was the iconic Tugu Negara in Kuala Lumpur. This national monument stands as a tribute to over 11,000 soldiers who gave their lives during World War I, World War II, and the Malayan Emergency. Situated near the Parliament building, the Tugu Negara features a sculpture of soldiers raising the Jalur Gemilang, Malaysia’s national flag.
