ICM Grade 12 students have just undergone one of the most important steps. On Tuesday, December 5 2023, all grade 12 students took the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or IP TOEFL test. This annual test is one of the graduation requirements for students who demonstrate linguistic proficiency and readiness to face future academic challenges.

The CEFR test, or IP TOEFL, consists of three comprehensive sessions: listening, reading, and structure. Undoubtedly, these sessions require a lot of effort and concentration. Students also work hard to prove their proficiency in English and achieve the specified target scores. ICM students' target in this test is relatively high, reaching B2 level or around a TOEFL IP score of 540.

As the institution entrusted with implementing the CEFR, LB Ul sent five representatives to supervise and facilitate the exam. This ensures the integrity of the testing process and provides more support for students while undergoing this critical evaluation.

Apart from directly impacting the graduation of ICM students, the benefits of implementing CEFR are also comprehensive, especially for those who plan to continue their higher education.
