At Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani (ICM), the PDD Art program features theatre performances as an integral part of the Art curriculum for grade 8 students. This year, the school presented "Al-Haami," the first theatre production incorporating three languages: Indonesian, Arabic, and English.

Abrar Alifian Epsa, Chairman of PDD Art, explained that "Al-Haami" is derived from Persian and means "shield." The play narrates the story of Nusaibah bint Ka'ab, known as the Shield of the Prophet, and symbolises Hope Will Strengthen Islam.

The theatre aims to portray Nusaibah's journey as a Muslim woman, her resilience during the war, and her unwavering commitment to fight in the name of Allah SWT, with the aspiration of strengthening the audience's faith and piety.

The process involved auditions, script creation, song composition, prop arrangement, rehearsals, and evaluations, providing students with a holistic learning experience. The director, Syifa Fauziah Anggraeni, said aligning students' interests and talents with their respective roles optimises the learning process and creates lasting memories.

The students' hard work culminated in a successful performance at the Titan Center in Bintaro, receiving praise from the audience. The main character, Ufaira Syadza Dzikrina, expressed pride in the team's efforts and highlighted the valuable new experiences gained through the program, such as dialogue learning, sword skills practice, public expression, teamwork, and camaraderie.
