Live In Program 2025 : Stepping Forward Into The Madani Future
24 September 2025

The journey every child must undertake in their education will always be fraught with significant challenges and unavoidable opportunities. This is natural. To face and overcome these challenges, it is necessary to prepare a child with strong character traits such as responsibility, independence, leadership, empathy, and discipline, supported by a foundation of faith and intellectual maturity, to navigate the challenges ahead.

Similarly, the goal of Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani, with its introduction of a boarding school concept at the middle school level, is to contribute to the solution of preparing future leaders. This same spirit was demonstrated on August 29th and 30th, 2025, during the Live In Program 2025, attended by all fifth-grade students of Insan Cendekia Madani Primary School. This program aims to provide a short yet memorable and profound experience for students on their journey to achieving their dreams at the next level of school.

This agenda serves as a reminder of the various quality and relevant programs that will impact students' future lives and has become a routine activity for students at the Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School, specifically at the junior high school level. The 2-day, 1-night activity began with the arrival of the 5th-grade students at the dormitory building, where senior mentors and teachers warmly welcomed them. After the opening and introduction of the senior students' council, all participants were invited to create science projects and participate in counseling sessions through practical exercises, such as making lava lamps, understanding the flow of electrical circuits, and collaborating to build a tower. In the evening sessions, students were invited to participate in positive activities, such as playing basketball, followed by Maghrib and Isha prayers, and engaging in Dirosat Islamiyah. They also discussed the stories of people with leprosy, bald individuals, and blind people. Meanwhile, on the second day, after the Tahajud and Fajr prayers, students were treated to an extracurricular agenda that included pencak silat, a mandatory middle school activity, followed by a cooking activity with their parents, during which they made kimbap.

This entire series embodies the high hope that future leaders will be genuinely committed to leading a civil society with noble character and humility, along with solid academic and religious understanding. Thus, upon completing this program, participants will have the answer to the next best step in their education: immersing themselves in an immersive experience at the ICM boarding school, with all its high-quality programs. This will bring the broadest possible benefits to the future growth of all students, as an effort to move forward towards a more civil future, by upholding the legacy of the boarding school.
