Dr. Rahmat Dzulfikry is entrusted with the pivotal role of Principal for ICM Middle School Program. Hailing from Surabaya and raised in a family of educators, Dr. Rahmat's deep-rooted passion for teaching and leadership stems from his upbringing and academic journey.

Beginning his academic journey at Government High School, Dr. Rahmat excelled academically while actively participating in student government activities. His dedication to Education led him to pursue an undergraduate degree in Education at the State University of Surabaya and a Master's in Biotechnology, for which he earned a well-deserved scholarship. Driven by his quest for knowledge, he eventually attained a Doctorate in Education, specializing in differentiated instruction methods.

Dr. Rahmat's illustrious career in Education commenced as a middle school teacher. His tenure at ICM spanned nine years, during which he ascended the ranks to become the Vice Principal of Curriculum in 2017, eventually assuming the position of Principal of ICM Middle School in 2023. His leadership philosophy revolves around creating an environment where students feel respected and empowered to unleash their full potential. Dr. Rahmat aims to foster a culture where students are inspired to embrace learning and reach their highest capabilities.

The decision to join ICM was a natural progression for Dr. Rahmat, aligning seamlessly with his deep-rooted commitment to the school's Islamic values.
