As the academic year 2023/2024 draws close, we have a Parent-Student-Teacher-Conference (PSTC) for term four.

PSTC serves as a platform for parents, students, and teachers to come together and engage in meaningful discussions about the student's academic progress and personal growth. This practice of sharing students' reports with parents is an integral part of ICM approach, reflecting our dedication to transparent communication and partnership with families. Held after term two and term four, PSTC became an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the achievements of our students.

For many parents, PSTC also creates a profound sense of pride and joy as they witness their children's remarkable growth and development firsthand. "Learning about how they are growing from their homeroom and subject teachers is a blessing," said Ms Sarah Nilam Tirjani, a parent of Zaydan Arkan Abdurrahman Juanda (grade 5) and Zaafir Aqdam Abdurrahman Juanda (KG-B).

During PSTC, parents can engage directly with homeroom teachers and individual subject teachers to gain comprehensive insights into their children's progress in each academic discipline. These face-to-face interactions enable a deeper understanding of the student's strengths, areas for improvement, and personalised pathways for continued growth and achievement.

This collaborative approach fosters a strong support system for our students and reinforces the partnership between the school and parents in nurturing the student's academic and personal development.

As we reflect on the conclusion of the term four PSTC, we are reminded of the unwavering dedication and partnership that underpins ICM community. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the parents, students, and teachers for their active participation and commitment to nurturing a learning, growth, and collaboration culture.
