ICM students set out on an enriching student exchange program in Thailand, where they had the opportunity to experience a blend of academic learning and cultural immersion in Islamic Sciences Demonstration School (IDS). The program introduced them to Thai language through interactive classes focused on mastering the Thai alphabet and basic conversation skills. Guided by native instructors, they practiced writing and pronunciation, gaining a deeper appreciation for the complexities and beauty of the Thai script. This linguistic experience helped them connect with the local culture and navigate their surroundings with greater confidence.

On the second day, the students ventured into Pattani Chinatown, where they explored a unique fusion of Thai and Chinese heritage. Walking through the vibrant streets, they discovered traditional markets, tasted authentic local delicacies, and learned about the historical significance of the area. One of the highlights of the visit was trying authentic Thai tea, brewed with its signature blend of strong black tea, condensed milk, and aromatic spices. The rich, creamy texture and refreshing sweetness of the drink provided them with a true taste of Thailand’s culinary culture. As their journey approached its final chapter, the students stepped into their last day with an stunning visit to Phi Phi Island. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, towering cliffs, and beaches, they were mesmerized by the island's natural beauty. Taking in the breathtaking scenery, they reflected on their journey and the memories they had created throughout the exchange. The serene atmosphere of Phi Phi Island provided the perfect ending to their adventure, leaving them with a deep appreciation for Thailand’s natural wonders.
