On Monday, July 14, 2025, Insan Cendekia Madani community gathered for the Induction Program, marking the official start of the 2025/2026 academic year. This year carries a renewed spirit of momentum and innovation, as we embrace the theme “Year of Acceleration” call to move forward faster, smarter, and together. The event brought together educators, staff, and key stakeholders in a shared commitment to growth, improvement, and collaboration.

With valuable guidance from the Board of Directors and Yayasan Edukasi Sejahtera, the session focused on aligning our vision, strengthening interdepartmental coordination, and laying the groundwork for impactful change. Through thoughtful reflection and open dialogue, ICM reaffirmed its mission of nurturing a dynamic and forward-thinking learning environment, one that is responsive to both internal goals and broader educational challenges.

Leaders from each unit including Facilities and Infrastructure, Marketing, IT, Resto, Health Services, Security, and Human Resources delivered detailed presentations about their roles, responsibilities, and upcoming initiatives. These overviews not only helped introduce the school’s operational ecosystem to new members but also provided a refreshed perspective for existing staff to support better collaboration across departments.

The program also featured a lively Q&A session, where new staff had the opportunity to raise questions, clarify systems, and offer suggestions. The level of engagement and curiosity shown reflected a genuine enthusiasm to contribute and adapt. Several units received constructive feedback and thoughtful input, reinforcing the importance of transparency, communication, and shared ownership within the ICM ecosystem.
