Yesterday marked a heartfelt beginning to the 2025/2026 academic year at Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani, we welcomed not just students and parents, but the spirit of a new beginning. Welcoming Day brought together students and parents from every level, from Early Childhood to High School, in a warm and joyful celebration of new beginnings. The environment buzzed with excitement as hallways echoed with laughter, classrooms came alive with smiles, and stories of anticipation filled the air.

This special day was more than just a formal entry into a new school year, it was a reaffirmation of ICM’s commitment to building a strong and supportive community. Teachers and parents engaged in meaningful conversations, laying the foundation for a collaborative journey in guiding and nurturing the next generation. A sense of trust and shared purpose was felt deeply throughout the event, as everyone came together as one family.

Each principal from the Early Childhood, Primary, Middle, and High School programs delivered presentations outlining the academic structure, school regulations, signature programs, and curriculum highlights for the year ahead. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where parents enthusiastically asked questions, offering insights and showing keen interest in the school’s direction. Following the session, families were guided to their children’s classrooms, where homeroom teachers shared essential information about class routines, the reporting system, and daily communication procedures.

For our Grade 7 and Grade 10 students, the day also marked a significant transition, their move-in to the ICM dormitory. With the support of our dormitory teacher, students underwent a careful check of their belongings to ensure everything matched the recommended list. The dormitories were filled with emotion, tears of joy, heartfelt goodbyes, and words of encouragement as parents entrusted their children to a nurturing environment that will guide them through the next phase of their growth, both academically and personally.
