A group of Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani (ICM) high school students in South Tangerang City delved into the complexity of using the internet for business in the Blogger Village, located in Magelang City. The Blogger Village is renowned for its adept use of blogs on the internet to promote and sell creative products native to Magelang.

The students did not directly visit Menowo Village or Kedungsari Village. Instead, they visited the Magelang Art Market (PSM) at Skylight Plaza, which introduced them to the concept of the soon-to-be-inaugurated PSM.

Hikmawan, the leader of ICM high school study tour group, mentioned that before selecting the Magelang City Blogger Village as their destination, they conducted thorough research to identify a fitting location for the study tour. "We observed that the residents effectively utilise the internet for economic and business purposes. Coincidentally, ICM High School offers a specialised economics subject aimed at exploring the contemporary economic landscape," he explained during the study tour on Wednesday (20/2).

During this study tour, the group, comprising 77 students, sought cities encompassing these three competencies to facilitate student learning. In addition to their academic pursuits, the students also explored several tourist destinations around Magelang.

Meanwhile, Wahyu Setyo Utomo, the Head of the Blogger Village, affirmed that the students' visit aimed to familiarise them with the economic and business potential of blogging. The students were also trained to leverage information technology positively for business and economic purposes.

"We utilise blogs on social media for constructive endeavours, such as business promotions. We present information through written content, images, and videos as effective means of showcasing the products available for sale," he elaborated.
